You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

4. Resume Creation and AI Services

Our Services include AI-powered resume creation, optimization, and analysis tools. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful suggestions, we do not guarantee that our AI-generated content will result in job interviews or employment offers.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content to ensure its accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness for your specific situation. Resume Revival is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content without proper review.

Our AI tools are designed to assist you in creating professional resumes and career documents, but they should not replace your judgment or professional advice from career counselors, recruiters, or industry experts.

5. User Content and Ownership

When you use our Services, you may upload, create, or share content such as resume information, career details, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Resume Revival a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from User Content for research, analysis, and service improvement purposes. This anonymized data will not personally identify you or contain your personal information.

The templates, designs, and AI-generated suggestions provided through our Services are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME REVIVAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Resume Revival does not guarantee that using our Services will result in job interviews, offers, or career advancement. Your results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including job market conditions, your qualifications, and employer preferences.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME REVIVAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUME REVIVAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resume Revival and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms. Resume Revival reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with Resume Revival in asserting any available defenses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon account termination, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
